You can now rename your planets - from the planet overview screen. Please be sensible and report any inappropriate names to admin@astarum.com

If you use the same naming protocol (all planets in system with same name and a number designator), will the system name change as well or does it remain the same numeric/name designator?

the plan is to allow you to rename the system as well - as long as you control all the planets in that system. Expect that within the week!
